Unley Ground Floor Extension

These clients were a family with four growing boys looking to expand their existing home. This project was an architecturally-designed addition to a traditional Adelaide home. Of utmost importance was accommodating a modern extension to an older home to provide a visually-stunning result with unique features throughout.

Norwood Ground Floor Extension

This project was a renovation and addition to a bluestone villa. Of utmost importance was the preservation of heritage features. The original villa was restored and the new addition seamlessly integrated with the existing structure.

St. Peters Ground Floor Extension

For this project the client wished to renovate the existing home, extend, and open up the rear living area. This also involved moving the kitchen from the centre of the home to the new open-planned living space. A unique feature of this home was the 70 degree roof pitch.

Unley Ground Floor Extension

The clients wished to renovate and extend their sandstone single-fronted villa to accommodate their growing family. This project required matching existing heritage features throughout the addition and restoring the original home.

Allenby Gardens Ground Floor Extension

The brief for this project was French-inspired elegance and bling! The project involved an extensive renovation to the existing home, extension, outdoor living area and landscaping. There was a significant amount of interior design required for this project which entailed research and sourcing of unique materials/products to provide the client with the design she was looking for.

This home had important sentimental value to the client and was to be her ‘forever home’. It was especially crucial for Broaden to be sensitive to the client’s requests and provide a finished product that she would be delighted to live in for many years to come.
