Take a look at some of our outdoor living spaces below.

Noarlunga Downs outdoor living project
This young family with a passion for gardening wished to have an extensive pergola erected at the rear of their house to provide shade and improve the usability of their outdoor space. The pergola extended the entire length of their house and also encompassed their outdoor pool area. The addition of the pergola allowed them to spend more time outside overlooking their amazing view.
Featured in this build was the stunning staircase leading down to their large backyard area which allowed for increased use of uneven land. Â At the bottom of the staircase was a complimentary archway, designed to be covered in decorative plants. Crucial to the staircase design was a functional, yet charming, gate at the top of the stairs that provided safety for their young children.
Broaden demonstrated their flexibility and creativity during the build when requested to add the children’s slide to the staircase. The finished product was approved by all family members big and small!

St. Peters Building Project
For this project the client wished to renovate the existing home, extend, and open up the rear living area. This also involved moving the kitchen from the centre of the home to the new open-planned living space. A unique feature of this home was the 70 degree roof pitch.

Allenby Gardens Building Project
The brief for this project was French-inspired elegance and bling! The project involved an extensive renovation to the existing home, extension, outdoor living area and landscaping. There was a significant amount of interior design required for this project which entailed research and sourcing of unique materials/products to provide the client with the design she was looking for.
This home had important sentimental value to the client and was to be her ‘forever home’. It was especially crucial for Broaden to be sensitive to the client’s requests and provide a finished product that she would be delighted to live in for many years to come.Â

Banksia Park Building Project
This family were looking to expand their existing home to make more room for their growing family needs. Featured in this build was also the addition of a large deck and entertaining area at the rear of the house to provide an area for outdoor family living. The addition of the second story as well as the deck created a huge transformation to their home that the family could enjoy for many years to come.
