Unlocking Your Vision: Broaden goes the extra mile by coordinating with a skilled draftsman or architect to deliver an enchanting initial concept sketch that breathes life into your dreams

Step 4

Our dedicated team will present you with a comprehensive Initial quote, thoughtfully derived from the intricate details found within the planning drawings, ensuring transparency and accuracy in every aspect of your project.

Step 5

When Your Satisfaction Meets Progress: your contentment with the concept design is our paramount priority.

Once you are entirely delighted with the vision, we meticulously assemble a comprehensive package of project planning drawings. This package, designed for submission to the council (to be initiated following the signing of a building contract), reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.

Step 6

Upon your approval of the final planning drawings, we take the next step by crafting a formal quotation.

This quotation, intricately detailed and based on your exact specifications

Step 7

Turning Dreams into Reality: Following the acceptance of the quotation, we'll collaboratively establish a detailed building contract.

This contract will encompass pricing, selections, payment schedules, deposits, and estimated project start and completion dates, ensuring clarity and alignment as we embark on this exciting journey together.

Step 8

Building Approval: Upon completion of the contract, Broaden will collaborate with a private certifier to evaluate your project's adherence to pertinent building codes and standards, facilitating the issuance of the final building approval.

Step 9

Client Selections: Throughout the council planning submission process, Broaden will collaborate with you to finalize product selections, offering various options tailored to your budget. These selections are detailed in the contract as Prime Cost items (PC).

Step 10

Project Commencement: Building work can begin once your local council issues the final building approval.
