The major extension involved adding significantly to our family area including constructing a timber framed addition which encompassed our kitchen area and improved family area.  This included a roof extension, significant Hebel wall covering, through to new timber flooring.

The second stage included updating bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and creating an en-suite to the main bedroom.

Mark brings to the job a great deal of building experience and expertise.  His approach is to co-operate with his client and to assist them with advice and assistance where requested and appropriate. His management style insures he has happy staff who also desire to give a quality job in a timely fashion.

We are very happy with the outcome of both stages of our renovation.  He and his tradesman completed our job in the time expected. He concentrated himself and his trade’s efforts on our project and used quality professional tradesman to complete the work.

He also carefully selected his sub-contractors for the specialist work they carry out.
