Banksia Park Building Project

This family were looking to expand their existing home to make more room for their growing family needs. Featured in this build was also the addition of a large deck and entertaining area at the rear of the house to provide an area for outdoor family living. The addition of the second storey as well as the deck created a huge transformation to their home that the family could enjoy for many years to come.

Marino Building Project

For this project the client wished to have a second storey added to his seaside home to capture the wonderful ocean views. The existing house consisted of a ground storey and underground garage. The ground storey had to be demolished down to the existing concrete slab after significant termite damage was discovered. The ground floor was rebuilt and second storey added. A lift was installed to allow for easy access from garage to both floors of the house.

Noarlunga Building Project
